Direct-to-chip (DLC)
Cold plates sit straight on the GPU, CPU and memory, with up to ~80% of rack heat captured in liquid. The workhorse for dense AI racks.
- 30–130 kW / RACK
- GPU · CPU · MEMORY
- LOWEST PUE AT DENSITY

We're a cooling consultancy and system integrator. We help you choose the right approach: direct-to-chip, immersion, or rear-door heat exchangers. We deploy and commission it on site, and supply the components, moving AI workloads from air-cooled limits to 30–130 kW per rack.
01 / The thermal cliff
A single H100 draws ~700 W. A Blackwell B200 draws ~1,200 W. Pack eight per server, eight servers per rack, and the math breaks the air-cooled envelope. Liquid is no longer a preference. It's the only option that scales.
PRACTICAL CEILING
Hot-aisle/cold-aisle, in-row CRAC, raised floor. Works for general-purpose compute. Fails the moment you try to deploy modern GPU servers at density.
PROVEN OPERATING RANGE
Direct-to-chip cold plates, rear-door heat exchangers, or full immersion. Heat removed at the source, water year-round, dramatically lower energy overhead.
02 / Our cooling solutions
We focus on liquid cooling, direct-to-chip and immersion, and deploy rear-door heat exchangers where an air-side retrofit is the right call. Three approaches, matched to your site, then integrated and supplied end-to-end.
Cold plates sit straight on the GPU, CPU and memory, with up to ~80% of rack heat captured in liquid. The workhorse for dense AI racks.
A liquid-to-air heat exchanger replaces the rack's rear door, taking the heat before it hits the room. Retrofit a live hall with no change to the IT stack.
Whole servers submerged in dielectric fluid that stays liquid, circulated to an external heat exchanger. Near-silent, no rack fans.
03 / What we do
Three ways we move heat out of your AI hall: advise on what to build, integrate and commission it, and supply the components that make it run.
Vendor-neutral advisory before any PO: feasibility, technology selection, PUE and TCO modeling, and design review.
One chain of custody from PO to go-live: procurement, install, fluid fill, commissioning, and SLA support, including live-hall retrofits.
Distribution across the stack, with stock held in country for the consumables you need monthly.
04 / What we supply
The components behind the Supply pillar: a focused set of vendors across the cooling stack, sized to what Indian operators actually deploy.
Single-phase fluids engineered for direct contact with electronics. Long-life, low-GWP, non-conductive.
Coolant Distribution Units sized 70 kW to 2 MW+, paired with row and rack manifolds for direct-to-chip deployments.
Retrofit the room you already have, or build a tank-based hall from day one. Single-phase immersion supported.
05 / Why DataCool
We don't sell servers, power, or racks. We do one thing: get heat out of your AI hall, as your consultant, integrator, and supplier, on the ground in South India.
Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Vizag, Kochi. We know the climate, the power situation, the contractors, the customs lanes. Site visits inside 24 hours.
Thermal load calculations, CDU sizing, fluid compatibility, manifold flow balancing. Our engineers have deployed liquid loops; they don't read off a spec sheet.
Procurement, customs, on-site commissioning, fluid filling, leak testing, monitoring integration, and post-go-live SLA support. One partner, one chain of custody.
